Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Crispy brussels sprouts are my favorite version of this veggie. This recipe uses balsamic vinegar to add flavor and they are also Paleo and Whole30 compatible.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, ends cut off and quartered
- 1 T avocado oil
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss all the ingredients together and spread them on the sheet pan in a single layer.
- Place them in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes. Brussels sprouts should be cooked through with the outer layer crisp.
