Blended Matcha Latte
Matcha is a favorite drink of mine, and this one is perfect for summer. It's Paleo and dairy-free, and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C almond milk
- 1 C ice cubes
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 T Jade Leaf Barista Edition Ceremonial Matcha (if using any other brand of matcha powder only add 1/2 T)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 1/2 T light-colored honey
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and the matcha has a creamy texture, about 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
