Blended Matcha Latte

Matcha is a favorite drink of mine, and this one is perfect for summer. It's Paleo and dairy-free, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 C ice cubes
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 T Jade Leaf Barista Edition Ceremonial Matcha (if using any other brand of matcha powder only add 1/2 T)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 1/2 T light-colored honey

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and the matcha has a creamy texture, about 1 minute.
  3. Enjoy!
