Brownie Batter Chia Pudding
Chia seed pudding is a great snack option. It provides fiber and healthy fats and is delicious! This version tastes like brownie batter and provides a great vessel for chocolate.

Ingredients
- 3 C full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1/4 C honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 C chia seeds
- chocolate chips
- cacao nibs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk together the coconut milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey, and sea salt.
- Once everything is fully combined, ladle the mixture into jars and cover with either lids or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Before serving, top the chia pudding with chocolate chips and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
