Chicken Caesar Wraps

These wraps are a very easy, delicious lunch are snack idea that is Paleo compatible and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Siete Tortillas
  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 C roughly chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 C cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/4- 1/2 C Caesar dressing (I used Tessemae’s)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken tenders with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Grill the chicken until it’s fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and caesar dressing.
  3. Warm the tortillas up.
  4. Stuff each tortilla with the romaine/tomato mixture and 1 to 1 1/2 chicken tenders. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the chicken and lettuce mixture.
  5. Serve with additional caesar dressing for dipping.
