Chicken Caesar Wraps
These wraps are a very easy, delicious lunch are snack idea that is Paleo compatible and gluten-free.

Ingredients
- 4-6 Siete Tortillas
- 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 C roughly chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 C cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/4- 1/2 C Caesar dressing (I used Tessemae’s)
Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken tenders with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Grill the chicken until it’s fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- In a medium bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and caesar dressing.
- Warm the tortillas up.
- Stuff each tortilla with the romaine/tomato mixture and 1 to 1 1/2 chicken tenders. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the chicken and lettuce mixture.
- Serve with additional caesar dressing for dipping.
