Coconut Green Beans
These green beans have a garlic coconut amino glaze and are sprinkled with toasted coconut. This side dish is Whole30 and Paleo compatible.

Ingredients
- 12oz green beans
- 1/2 C coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 C roughly chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 T coconut aminos
- 2 T ghee
Instructions
- Fill a medium pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the green beans to the pot. Boil for about 5 minutes. Immediately remove the green beans and place them in an ice bath. Set aside.
- In a large sauté pan on medium-low heat, add ghee, garlic, and coconut flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. The garlic should be fragrant, and the coconut toasted.
- Add the green beans, sea salt, cilantro, and coconut aminos. Mix everything together and continue cooking an additional 3-4 minutes, until the green beans are hot.
- Remove from the heat and serve as a side dish to any meal.
