Ingredients
- 1/4 C Joi Almond Base
- 1 vanilla bean
- 3 pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
- 3/4 C water
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Cut the vanilla bean in half and use a pairing knife to scrape the seeds out. Place them in a blender or jar wide enough to fit an immersion blender.
- Add the Joi Almond Base, dates, water, and sea salt to the blender and mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Store the creamer in an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
