- Add the frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen acai chunks, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, and honey to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and no chunks remain about 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls.
- Place in the freezer for about an hour.*
- Remove from the freezer and add desired toppings.
*I prefer my acai bowls with a more frozen consistency. The step is optional depending on the consistency you prefer.
