Easy Mango Salsa
Mango salsa is a great condiment to keep on hand during the summer. It's perfect on any protein and this version is Whole30 and Paleo compatible.

Ingredients
- 2 champagne mangos, medium dice
- 1 T red onion, minced
- 2 T roughly chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp jalapeno, deseeded and minced
- 2 T red bell pepper, small dice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
