Garlic Broccolini & Capers
This side dish is Whole30 and Paleo compatible. It requires minimal ingredients but has a bright, bold flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 bunches broccolini
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T capers, drained
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 T red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the broccolini with garlic, olive oil, capers, sea salt, and pepper. Be sure to thoroughly mix everything so it’s evenly distributed.
- Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes. The broccolini should be tender and slightly charred when it’s done cooking.
- Toss the broccolini in the red wine vinegar and serve.
