Ground Beef Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 T ghee
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1-10oz package frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, small dice
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-8oz package sliced mushrooms
- 1 C shredded carrots
- 2 T coconut aminos
- 1 T coarse Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp hot sauce of choice + more for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet on medium heat, add the ghee. Once it’s melted, add the garlic and onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, occasionally stirring to keep the mixture from burning.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, and ground beef. Cop the beef up into small pieces and continue cooking it until it’s no longer pink.
- Add the cauliflower rice, coconut aminos, mustard, sea salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce. Mix everything together and cook for 5-10 minutes, just until the dish is hot.
- Serve with avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce.
