Ingredients
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- 1 T light-colored honey
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp Jade Leaf Barista Edition Matcha Powder
- 1/4 C + 1 tsp water

Instructions
- In a small saucepan on medium-low heat, add the blueberries, honey, and 1 teaspoon water. Cook the mixture until the blueberries pop, about 5 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally to keep it from burning.

- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and 1/4 cup water until it’s smooth and no lumps remain
- Place the blueberry puree in the bottom of a glass, followed by the ice cubes. Pour the milk over the ice and finish by adding the matcha/water mixture.
