Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C raw pecans
- 1 1/3 C raw cashews
- 1 1/3 C raw walnuts
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. You may need two sheet pans, depending on the size you have available.
- In a small bowl mix together the salt, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, garlic, and ginger. Set the bowl aside.
- In a large bowl whisk the egg white, water, and vanilla until it’s frothy. This takes about 2-3 minutes. Toss in the pecans, cashews, and walnuts and stir until the nuts are fully coated. Sprinkle in the spice mixture and continue stirring until everything is fully and evenly coated.
- Spread the nuts on the parchment-lined sheet pans in a single layer. Place the pans in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. The nuts will be lightly toasted and crunchy when done.
