This one-pan meal is sure to please everyone in your home. It has minimal ingredients but is full of flavor. You can use either grass-fed butter or ghee. If you are doing a round of Whole30, use ghee. You can also use whatever steak you have on hand as well as whatever variety of sweet potatoes. I used Japanese sweet potatoes because they are my favorite, but feel free to sub regular sweet potatoes or white potatoes. This recipe has already become a staple in my house and I’ve made it every week since creating the recipe. I hope you love it as much as we do.
