I will eat anything breaded in coconut and these chicken strips are no exception. You can use chicken tenders or chicken breast and cut them into strips. Breading the chicken takes a few minutes but it is worth the time. After they are breaded it’s just the quick time in the air fryer. For the mango dipping sauce, I used fresh champagne mangos. These will give you the best flavor.
