Easy, minimal ingredient meals are my favorite. This recipe has become a favorite in my house because of how easy and delicious it is. Even my husband loves it. (gasp!) You all know how hard it is for me to get him to eat anything that isn’t picked up from a drive-thru window. The ground pork is cooked with garlic, onion, and ginger. Coconut aminos and fish sauce is added, and you let the pork sit in the pan and crisp up/caramelize. I cannot put into words how delicious this pork is. Serve it with cauliflower rice or white rice if you aren’t doing a round of Whole30.
This is a favorite dish of mine. It's super easy, flavorful, and Whole30 compatible. The pork gets crispy and has a sweet/salty flavor.
