Bone Broth Latte

Gut health is so important, and we are finding out more and more how it ties into our overall health. I’ve experienced medical issues related to my gut, which has taught me to prioritize my health. I often sip on bone broth in the evening, and I’m always recommending this beverage to my clients.

This latte is a great way to gain gut-healing nutrients and enjoy the beverage you’re sipping. I used my favorite bone broth from Kettle and Fire. It’s very flavorful on its own, and adding the additional spices makes it even tastier. I also added Bub’s MCT powder to give the latte a creaminess and helps reduce gut inflammation.

Bone Broth Latte

This latte is packed with gut-healing properties and is perfect any time of the day. It's Whole30 and Paleo compatible as well.

Ingredients
  • 2 C bone broth (I used Kettle & Fire chicken broth)
  • 2 scoops Bub's MCT Powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan on medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove the bone broth latte from the heat and blend it with a handheld frother or pour the mixture into a blender and mix until it’s creamy and frothy.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator after it cools.
