I don’t really enjoy any protein breaded, I’d rather have it grilled. Like any preference, this one has an exception because I love coconut breaded shrimp. I love the flavor the coconut brings to the shrimp and the crunch. If you have never made coconut breaded shrimp, it is an easy process that seems overwhelming but definitely is not.
Coconut shrimp make an excellent appetizer or dinner. They are crispy and flavorful and pair perfectly with the mango dipping sauce. This recipe is Whole30 and Paleo compatible.
