I’m calling this recipe festive beef because it has a lot of the flavors you would find during the holiday season. I use dried cranberries, cinnamon, allspice, and clove to season the ground beef. If you are on a Whole30, be sure to read your labels because most dried cranberries add sugar. I get mine from Thrive Market. This recipe also includes fried plantains, one of my favorite things.
This dish has so many flavors that blend and make a dish you will want to put on repeat. It's Whole30 and Paleo compatible.
