Golden Milk Latte

I’m always looking for something tasty that is also good for you. Golden milk lattes help reduce inflammation, improve brain function and memory, boost the immune system, and so much more. If you aren’t on a Whole30, adding a little maple syrup will help make this drink even tastier.

Golden Milk Latte

Golden milk has so many health benefits, and it's delicious. This version is Paleo and Whole30 friendly.

Ingredients
  • 3 C almond milk
  • 1 C full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 T maple syrup (omit on Whole30)

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan on medium-low heat, whisk together the almond milk, coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, collagen peptides, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Once it’s simmering, remove from the heat and enjoy.
  3. Store any extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
