I’ve teamed up with my friends over at Safe Catch to create these amazing tuna cakes. They have the best-canned tuna on the market. The cakes are flavorful and easy to assemble. They are coated in almond flour and fried in avocado oil. I paired them with a basil aioli which perfectly accents lemon and garlic in the cakes. You’re going to want to double or triple this recipe to have plenty.
