I wanted to make a Paleo version of one of my favorite desserts and put a fall spin on it. Who doesn’t love all things pumpkin? This is an easy way to add a little pizzazz to your holiday meal. If you don’t have a torch to burn the sugar on top you can place them under the broiler, it doesn't work as well as a torch but will give the sugar a slight crunch.
This dessert combines two of my favorite things, pumpkin spice, and creme brulee. It's dairy-free, but you can't even tell the difference between a heavy cream-based dessert and this version.
